• 2 years consistent work history (no big gap of unemployment.)
• 2 years of w2s
• 2 years of income tax
• 30 days paystub
• Your Debt to income ratio should not be more than 40-50%
• Latest bank statement to show if you have the required percentage of down payment (if you're first time home buyer, you can seek for down payment assistance program if eligible)
